    Default The Z Photoshoot!

I gave the Z a wash job today, and decided to go out and have a photoshoot. Mine is an 08 base model, so recently I ordered the spoiler that comes on the Enthusiast model. That's the only upgrades I have so far, workin on lowering it just a little. Thanks to my girlfriend Stacie for the awesome pics! Hope you enjoy

Nice car. I like the two garage shots, but red car in daylight = drop it an F stop or two.
This isn't the worst summer I've had around Savannah.

Thanks guys! I would like to change the wheels, but I would have such a hard time choosing a set that I wouldn't be able to do it, and also I can't afford it. I have thought about maybe some BBS wheels, but I don't know. I also want some dish on the rear.

    Any suggestions...

Thanks man! I love the wheels on my car, and highly doubt I will put any on it. I just want to lower the car a little.

Just lowering the car right now, and not worrying about wheels, because I forgot to mention I really like the ones on it. Don't get me wrong I would love some wheels, but I can't afford them right now, and would have a hard time choosing a set that looked good.

    GF210s are the perfect stance.

    GF210s+20mm spacers=good to go.

just make sure you get hubcentric spacers with built in studs. get the ones off ebay...i had those with the factory G35 19inch rays and they were perfection.

i think the GF210's are a better deal. 180 to 260? its only a .2 lower drop in front on these. My fronts are slammed actually on my car with the GF210's think they are lower than just the 1 inch drop that was suggested.

So these are the one's ya'll are talkin about right?

The GF210 coil spring is geared towards maximum performance, without compromising daily driveability. A subtle drop provides an aggressive stance, while the higher spring rates (+20% - 30% over stock) provide excellent handling and vehicle stability characteristics. These springs provide a very noticeable gain in performance when installed.

The GF210 is well mated with a performance shock upgrade to extract the full potential of the coil spring, but will also work with factory equipment.

Each coil spring application is tested for fitment and optimal weight distribution for sportier handling.

    Condition: Brand New

    Part#: TGF063
    Drop Rate (F/R): 1.0"/1.2"

^^ yes those are the ones I have. I do not have an upgraded shock. I have the springs, Hotchkis adjustable sways, and rear camber/toe kit. Works fine and definitely helped handling. Ride is not too stiff for normal driving either.

looks good man we need to get together and do a shoot. my brother takes bad ass pics with his new D40

but i would recommend the GF210s over the NF and the sportlines due to the fact that with the GFs you would only need a camber/toe kit for the rear (cheaper) where as the sportlines and the NF210s require a camber/toe kit for both the front and rear.

With the GF210s the camber and toe are still correctable with the stock suspension components in the front but the rear would require a camber/toe kit. (rear kit is much cheaper than front)

I cropped this pic so the car sits a little lower in the frame making it an amazing shot, post up a larger version or a link to it please! I did a little PP to it, played with the levels and shadows some...

    NOTE:
oh yeah, I noticed this was shot with a point & shoot.

Here ya go here's a larger pic, and thanks! Also I know I sound dumb, but I am clueless with photography. What exactly is a point and shoot?

There's basically two types of digital camera's, digicam (point & shoot) and DSLR's. Point & shoot cameras normally don't have interchangeable lenses and none have a mirror setup within the camera. Their sensors are smaller giving them a slightly lesser advantage with low light technical shots compared to a DSLR. Focusing and general responsiveness is normally quicker with a DSLR, etc.

A point & shoot is more than capable of what 99% of the population needs and shots like this prove it...
