Default MY DADS Z06 POWERED CADDY*CH@Dbee PHOTOgraphy*

Dad wanted some pictures of the caddy....i had my camera with me and he handed me the keys. i wasnt gonna complain

he bought the car about a month ago and has added magnaflow exhaust, had the rims powdercoated gunmetal and the 2008 CTS-V spoiler. he has plans to add a intake, mild cam, longtubes and get a good tune.

after driving my auto civic for about a month this thing feels like a beast. i did a 40mph-100mph pull and for a caddy its kinda quick! very torquey and wide powerband makes for a fun time in this 6 speed manual LS6 caddy

Man that things looks really nice..
I check sluts off my list like a maintnence man
I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.

I love the CTS-Vs. I like the new body style a lot more, but these are still very nice.

the car will be mod'd more in the next few months. like i said, intake, cam, longtubes and tune and ill think he will be happy. he is used to semi-quick cars but he has allways had cars around the 400whp range. plus this car is his daily driver while he restores his 1967 GTO so he wants to keep it reliable and not dump too much money in it.

We put blower/cam/springs/H/ cutouts on a friend of mines and it made 500whp tuned after the headers the boost dropped to 5psi from 8. It was fun but doesnt hook up very well.

The rear end held up fine, we put a wheel hop kit on it. After that I dont think you could make it wheel hop for the amount of camber that came along with acceleration. The outside of the rear wheels came up thats how bad the thing squatted. Had he gotten it aligned for the track it may have actually ran some good times with some sticky tires. But he still liked taking some turns. You may have seen it driving around sometimes, it was silver and had polished CCW's on it. He no longer has it, sold it to someone in TX.

never seen it but D@mN it sounds sick.

my dad blew his rear end out a week after he got the car LOL he has the factory installed anti-hop bushings now and it hops "less" now but its not 100 % gone.

GM really dropped the ball on that part of the car.

That seems to be that downfall to a lot of new powerful cars. I think they do it to keep you from modding it. I am sure Quaife makes a diff though! Im sure the housing is aluminum though and that would break as well.
