Sure, if it's primer or a matte finish paint otherwise nearly all paint is relatively glossy and the clear coat is normally only applied for a layer of protection. All those finishes on the cars posted above are flat or satin paints or sometimes a typical paint mixed with a matte additive...

i have painted a few car's and i have not had a glossy base coat until i clear it. but like you said all of the "flat/matte" cars have paint. so i agree with the title of this thread being called "no gloss thread"

oh and btw all of these car's are bad ass. if you really want to see a car with no paint. post up a delorian off "back to the future".
