We do have less restrictions... yet all the cars I've seen here (minus a few select, and I mean a FEW select cars) look like complete ass. It's like people literally just waste money on their cars over here... I don't get it. Why not save and do it right? Is it really that hard?

Most people in cali could care less what others say about their ride...they try to be original regardless. while alot of people in atl, look and see what others like so much...
Well said. Some of the nicest cars (appearance wise) have the least done to them. Solid factory colors with non-tinted glass but with a proper suspension and wheel fitment choices but with just painstaking attention to detail. Those guys have a pride that most around here lack while trying to get their stockers painted time attack colors and an extreme JDM angle on their NOPI can.

There's more money out there, we're too poor to do this over here. However even the people with money here need to get their taste more akkin to those cars. Good taste, not ricey, but not stock, and very good.
