LOL mike you dont remember the meet the high school kids try setting up i think about 2 years ago, that ended just like all the rest, the rich kid in his modded wrx parking it in a ditch! :lmao:

But i was talking about something like Jerry set up awhile ago AT WaHo. IIRC the last one was held on the same day I did some drift event because i had to leave early to go swap tires.

Yeah that was like 2004ish. I remember those ****ing deaf kids too. They had a civic and I raced them from a roll in my s14. They couldnt hear the honks so it took forever to start. I don't think you were up there the night they parked their Jeep and Land Rover on the curb and the cops came up there and were trying to tell them to move and sh!t and got all pissed when the deaf kids weren't doing it. Once we told the cop they were deaf, he chilled.

I don't think anything goes on up there anymore. Now and then i'll roll through the MOG area and see some kids at Arby's or Steak n Shake, but that
s about all.

What's the new car putting down to the wheels?

I wasnt there that night. I only saw them in that Honda. Were they both deaf and brothers or...LOL I never could figure that out but never really thought too hard about it either I guess.

Yeah I wouldnt mind seeing some of the people that used to go up there that arent on the forums. I see Andy on the road everyonce in a while in the civic hatch when I go back .

The 911 is putting out 333hp/276 tq atw. It weighs 2200 lbs too. Reminds me more of my 240 than anything else. Well if the 240 was lighter.

Not bad at all esp. since you have all that weight over the drive wheels. I bet it launches very well. I'm hoping to upgrade to a 2871 and run 13-14psi which should put me very close (if not right at) 300 rwhp.

What compression ratio are you at? My s14 ran 16 psi on the 28rs which is similar and made 321whp with cams, 8.5 to 1, and the 2.0. With the headwork that car had though I was revving to 8500 to get it.

Unless your compression is higher than 8.5 I'd say you need more boost to hit the 300 whp mark.

Im at 10:1 :D Luckily the BP blocks are rather strong and putting down ~300rwhp with good engine management/tuning (which i have) is about the limit of being problem free, after that things *can* get iffy.

LOL sounds like my car! i would had mine turbo'd already but with 10:1 compression & 8lbs **** starts getting real iffy past 475whp! :(

Ok sweet, that ought to spool pretty fast too. It'll definitely be fun. I have to see that thing one of these days. I never know which meets are going to be gay so I just avoid a lot of them.

Yeah, the 2560 that i have not spools 10-11 psi at just under 3k rpms so i'd imagine that the 2871 would spool a little bit later but i dont think i'd really care lol. I swing by BP on sat. nights just to sit and point and laugh...don't really go to the V because it's stupid packed and there really isn't any other meets going on that are decent.
