Default 89 si hatch with a swap

A DX swap Yea I know why? They also swaped the dash and wire harness to a 91 DX.

Friend just picked it up a few days ago off craiglist.com for $700. Body is almost perfict exsept the front fender got riped up when the tire shreaded. The intior is all there but pulled out right now. Came withthe carbon fiber hood, the seats, the steering wheel and tokico lowering springs and tokico struts. The exhaust sounds horable but that will be fixed.

We decided to do a head and MPFI swap on it with the left over parts from my Z6 swap. We installed a A6 head and a OBX intake manifold(stock will be back on later) still working on all the wiring.

    putting it back togther.

I'm doing the work for a set of stock headlights for Project De-Rice and for future help on my turbo build.

After we started working on it some friends stoped by.

We found it on craigslist and he went and looked at it the next day and grabbed it up. He had to race over to it before some else got there to look at it. The guy pulled up as he handed over the cash.

Took the hatch for a long ride last night and DAMN its loud as hell. Straight pipe exhaust sucks. It runs good and has alot more power. Only problem is the DX transmission is killing the performance and theres no tach. Today were going to start installing the interior and find out whats missing.
