People like that give a bad name to Honda tuners all over the world. That is why everytime someone see's a Honda they say " Oh thats Rice" even when they are just lowered and have an exhaust or something. Example: Dc integra, Lowered, some nice rims, exhaust, carbon fiber hood. Alot of people would consider it rice because of people like that moron.
