    Default A Bit of Houston

Weekly meet that I head out to...it's a bit like the Pleasant Hill meets back home. It was a sparse night tonight though. Anyway...check it out!

Same here...which Vette though? I like both of them, and that STi is one of the best looking ones I've seen. I don't know what it is about it.

That black Corvette is damn fast...it'd be even faster if it wasn't lugging around 60000000 lbs. of driver.

It may be the combination of white with gold wheels...that bumper extension looks really good too.

    Butterfly valves? Yup...that black one isn't a Z06 though...he just has those rear quarter-panels.

I forgot a couple...they were on my phone. Forgive the quality...it's a badass car.

Nope...he rebuilt a replica from a 1967 fastback. I wish he would've kept the stock gauges...he has those digital restomod ones in there.

It's got a 351 in it though, rather than the 428...however those are expensive and horribly difficult to find. Money's no obstacle for the guy...he's a rich oil man from the UAE. That silver Lancer I posted belongs to him too...notice the UAE license plate up front.

Either way...it's an absolutely stunning car.

Hah, I remembered your car when I saw that one. Is it true that Callaway did the turbo setup for that car?

Sure is. Just for proof here's my car without the heat shield over the manifold.

Well I still have my Georgia plates...I don't know what's up with the missing plates in the front. A lot of people kept them in their windsheilds...I guess the others just...plead ignorance? The weather is hot, but the worst part is the humidity...oh man it sticks.

Hah, awesome. The owner was talking about it and I was slightly skeptical...he kept saying "Callaway" as if he was unsure...so I go, "Callaway...the Corvette tuning company? Seriously?"

Yea, it looks that way...but unfortunately, the mentality is still there.

Civc vs. Mustang GT...the Civic's front brake lines got fawked up, the road was torn and cracked to ****house, and all he had left was his handbrake.
