Not really when you take into consideration the overall condition for the money and factors in that. No fail at all. Trust me, good things DO come to those who wait and don't necessarily jump on the first thing they see in the first 15 minutes. Later, QD.Originally Posted by dubs04sti
looks a lot better, love that car
slam it and put rotas on it...........![]()
Its just a bodykit
Rotas or any "new school" wheel wouldn't look right IMO, that car needs wheels from the same time period like Minilites or Enkei meshes. Not to mention the Sb-1 Civics had a 4x120 bolt pattern that would require a complete front-end swap to be able to use EF calipers and rotors... and re-drilling the rear drums to 4x100 too.Originally Posted by soul

QD did you get the IM I sent you on the 1st. gen civic board? I would like to borrow one of your cars to test the gauges I have.![]()
Don't you have to machine a bushing or sleeve of some sort for the different sized wheel bearings? Or did someone find a way around that?Originally Posted by quickdodge®
I have a CVCC Delux gauge set I'm trying to sell, I want to test it and make sure it works, by hooking it up to a car. Your CVCC or Baby J's 1200 would work, I'll buy either of you the beverage of your choice for the trouble![]()
i actually like those cars a lot, are they pretty hard to find? i wouldnt mind getting one myself.
i love it.
RIP Kaleb Mashburn
Sweet get some old skool rims now
nice.... classic

Indeed you need wantanabes on this car or old school SSR or Enkeis. Not Rota.
Ooooooooooooooo Weeeeeeeee!

Looking good, nice car..... and it looks alot better with it lowered.... Heated springs? Did you just get a tourch and heat them? Not sure how to do it, and does it drive worse with it done?

Looks good man, i guess your skills are now proven to be true. You never updated me with progress of the cvcc.
Ahhh. My bad. The mechanic is at VIR for a race this weekend. The hood is propped and there has been some tinkering but he's supposed to dive in beginning of next week.Originally Posted by LS2ner
That's what I did and how I did it. It's kind of hard to explain it but easy as hail to do it. And you can tell it's lowered but much better ride than cut. Took me all of about an hour of total heating time.Originally Posted by prelude4life
Thanks and mine looks basically just like his. Right now. About the same color. And mine is a bit lower. But that will change pretty drastically as we are both going in totally opposite directions.Originally Posted by RutRoe
No cutting for me. I'll never do that way. And I don't remove anything to heat.Originally Posted by Dirty Octopus™
