    Cool I <3 My Panda!!!

    For those of you who did see my car before paint:



    Heres a few after paint and just getting through cleaning it!!

    should have my rims on her by tomorrow just waiting to get them back from getting resurfaced and painted.also need to put the mugen lip on it. i told the shop to mask off the intercooler and the guy didn't so i got a $1400 paint job for 350 i wasn't complaining.....

    with that said, your doin good............lip n wheels should improve to the look your goin for.

    by the way, how much $$ they charge per wheel?

    they're charging me 120 for 5 rims resurfaced and sprayed black and clearcoated.. i've had the car for almost 2 years.

    Honestly it looks like a $350 paint job. Who painted it at whos house. If it was a 1400 paint job he could have fixed a lot of the ripples and waves in the bumper...not knocking the solid colors now, but its not that great. Either way its fairly clean.

    I laughed at the first picture. Paint looks good, buy you need wheels and to take some paint thinner to the intercooler. Reps for real paint!

    I think just the top painted black would look good. I'm not digging the black hood and trunk. You gonna get them replaced with CF?

    definitely an improvement, but a lesson I've learned from previous paint jobs...do your own masking. You can never count on some shops to get the job done right.

    was planning on cf later it's just expensive on a 4dr. and the ripples on the bump is a pressure crack. i was woeking on it in the winter and pushed my knee down. it should be getting replaced soon. and the IC is gonna be dipped so it clean all the crap off. also looking for jdm fenders w/ sidelights.also again i should have my rims on her tomorrow.

    I TOLD THE GUY NOT TO FIX THE BUMPER SINCE I WAS LOOKING FOR A JDM BUMPER WITH THE FOGLIGHTS. AND I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DIDN'T MASK IT OFF. I TOLD THEM TO. OH WELL IF ALL ELSE FAILS IM JUST GONNA TAKE IT OFF AND DO IT MYSELF. ALSO HAD THE SHOP THATS DOING MY RIMS DO A FEW MORE COATS. THEY'RE LOOKING GOOD. I'LL HAVE PICS UP WHEN I GET THEM BACK. PLUS I HAD THE CAR SHOOT WITH BRIGHT WHITE AND "BLACK" I HAVEN'T HAD IT WET SANDED OR WAXED. PLUS IT'S NOT BAD FOR A SINGLE STAGE PAINT JOB. IT'S COME ALONG WAY SINCE I FIRST GOT IT. I STILL NEED NEW MIRRORS. AND A FEW THINGS. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK I SHOULD DO WITH MY PANDA? LMK

    IMO, panda should only be applied to the AE86 since that was a factory color scheme nicknamed panda from Toyota lol

    So following your logic the shop charges $1400 for a single stage paint job? Oh and you got the special $1000 discount because they accidentally painted a $200 intercooler core?
