I know I used to work on a Cup car daily, and the warranty from Porsche on them for basic maint. is INSANE

And if I had the money of course I could get a 996 rsr

Just saying it's a race only car and there's not too many GT2 team owners on IA Then for the teams that need or want it they already have them ordered and being made for the season. At the end of the season you may be able get one from them

well ALMS is just alot of money. Grand-Am is pretty cheap and the competition is better (not better but just different). and getting a 996 RSR would do you no good. There is no series you could run it in. lol

Yeah true, historics, lol, but for wanting to make a career I dont know if that's the path.

I like Grand Am, but I like ALMS better. However you are right about Grand Am being cheaper, and probably better competition.

ALMS is more like F1. very little contact, a lot of money, and everything is perfect.

in Grand-Am, its like BTCC. the term "rubbin is racin" comes in, a little cheaper, and most everyone is american (and from GA)

Car looks great. I've been thinking about road racing but don't know where to begin. Drag/drift = fail, at this stage in my life.

Yes and no. I've only been to Pleasant Hill a couple of times as far as "meets" go, nine times out of ten it was/is wreckless idiots getting others kicked out. I'll for sure try to make it to the next meet though, thanks.

Yeah Athens is safe meet wise, we have never had issues. No rice, no wreckless people.

Great, that's much better to know. I know a couple of 240ATL people from Athens that go to the meets, seem like good people.

It's suspensionless, brakeless, and tireless...think i'll have any oversteer issues? If I wasn't gonna be in a cabin all weekend with a bunch of chicks i'd find a car to take!
