lol, it came with the car. I was kinda skeptical about it at first, but I have to admit that I do like it better with the scope than with just the flat hood. and my point was, some go with a larger/wider wheel for handling... some go with smaller wheels so they can throw huge drag radials on there.... that's all i'm saying... some wheels are functional... some aren't... just like hood scoops...
Funny thing is, Protuned WRX got almost the same gas mileage. And the fillups werent that much more either. I averaged around 45 for fillup in the Suby, and about the same for the GT. I can use regular gas now until I toss my 93oct Brenspeed Tune on it.

The Yaris handled better since it had a full TRD setup, but the Mustang makes up for it with 3x the power and torque. I think that with a good shock/spring combo and a rear sway bar, the 'Stang will handle well.
