    So got tired of the car being dirty, I hadn't washed since they started that ban. Oh well it's not good for the paint or the wheels to stay dirty

    Not trying to be a dic but IMHO, your Passat doesn't look that special.

    I would: Lower it more.
    Paint the lowers or buy a conservative body/lip kit.
    Different wheels....maybe something a little more euro

    Well I don't have the money right now to paint the lowers...going lower would mean I would hit a whole lot of stuff on the roads around here.
    I just want mine to look different from other ones around here b/c they aren't usually drivin by my age group in this area.

    And I like to make people think..."what kind of car is that....?"
