As most know, I'm not too impressed by Civics. Unless they are old school. These are the ones that I have owned in the past.
The blue w/pink was an old school, lowrider move. Back in the day(80's) of lowering imports and trucks, "hot" colors were the IN thing to do. Fluorescent green, pink, yellow and other colors were the sheet. That's why that Civic was painted that way. This is old school for sure with the 5 panel Wink! mirror and baby turbo mirrors mounted high on the A-pillar. This was actually done for my wife at that time. She loved pink and blue and she was Japanese so that makes it ok. The lights mounted in the grille are driving lights from an airplane. Yeah, imagine how bright that was.
Notice, if you will, where the steering wheel is.
The burgundy Civic was just a stock, lowered 83 HB.
The wagon is an 83, also. I lowered the front coils by heating and the rear by removing all leaf springs except the main one and putting it back on upside down. It had Prime 13" RWD deep dish wheels with 175/50-13 tires. This was my Texas car.
Then there is my current CVCC.
Later, QD.
