As far as the situation between me and the integra owner.. it's being handled through insurance, im not going to sit here and say one of us was more at fault than the other, i dont know if he was speeding, i do know i pulled out, and i got hit, end of discussion. I got a ticket, im taking the insurance hit, period. Im just glad no lives were taken and we both walked away unharmed. cars can be replaced. not people.

Sounds like it.. the cop asked if they were fine at the scene.. and they said they were.. of course you will get the common whiplash as from any accident a day down the road.. but no permanant bodily damage was done.. hell he only hit me at about 20mph.. I think he's just angry because he thinks im trying to tell everyone he's 100% at fault and all this other garbage from people blowing it out of proportion.. it's IA.
