    Default From Z to a G

I've had the Z for a few months and I loved it in the beginning. Its a great car but its just a tad small and manual isn't such a great idea for Atlanta traffic and used for a daily car. It had a lot of power but how fast am I really going on 85N at 6pm?

So I got me one of these Now I am super extra happy. A Sand color G35 fully loaded with sport package. 19" wheels, navigation, heated seats, power everything, sunroof, 6 cd changer, and the best thing of all a cigarette lighter! The Z didnt have one or an ash trey either.

No your name is Hot! haha j/k? Anyways nice car, did you take much of a financial hit making the switch? It seems the resale on the g35s is higher than z's.

I took someone what of a hit but not too much. Since I purchased the Z at almost trade in price only a few k's rolled over. I also purchased the G at a lower price than usual as well.

This one retails at $31k, infinity of roswell was selling it for $29,900 but I got it for $27,000

Yeah non-smokers dont know what they are missing

I've smoked in all my cars and none have smelled like smoke when I sold them. nor have any burn holes. But then again I smoke like twice a day even less but anyways, not the point of the thread LOL

    Thanks for all the congrats!

Congrats. Judging on how you posted this, I'm gonna assume this is an upgrade from your previous car. Have fun, car looks like its in good condition from the pictures.

for those that dont smoke and buy after or from people that smoke in their cars...its a BIG turnoff, not to mention its takes forever to get the smell out. its advice for her to be able to sell this easier whenever she is ready to get rid of it...STFU

I dont mean to sound like a d!ck, but I think you paid too much for an 05. I paid that much for my 04 with 12k miles & the same options plus brembos over 2 years ago.

I've never understood the whole "manual is bad for traffic" thing, as I'd think it's second nature for anyone who consistently drives a MT. This coming from someone who drives a 5spd in downtown traffic everday.

Meh, whatever works though, glad you're happy with it.

    Nice, congrats!

How do they compare? Is the G any cushier or is it just a Z lined with leather?

For me I like the G a lot better but it's all about personality. The G is 10x more comfortable with 10x more room. The dash is simple and wish it was more like the Z

Z is a bit faster and could get into smaller places and I liked the look of it. I get more compliments in the G tho.

I run a lot of errands and go shopping and stuff so its easier with the G. Now for a fun weekend car the Z is awesome.

Overall I like the G better.

^^ for the question above....G is a plush Z.... not Z covered in leather. Put Z as G's cousin who visits gym more often.
Great selection...hands down i would pick G over Z...much better car over all.
i'll also start the motion...keep the G cig free
