I am getting ready to buy a kit from nitro and dont know what color to get for my teg...HID owners please post pics of your rides and what color or (k) you have. i think i want the iceberg blue (10000k???)

i would get iceberg blue or one step down from it i think thats the white one dont get the purple one. there is a thread on here somewhere that explains which color has the best output search for it. but if your gonna drop all that cash just for the looks then save your money and get some halogen bulbs lol or even the little gel caps they have for bulbs if all you want is a new color

lol, i don't care...let him get the 10k! hell, I hope he gets a killer deal on 14k because I know he's going to use the stock projector which means i want him to have the dimmest HID available so my ass isn't blinded driving down the road from cheap fucks that don't know what the hell they're doing.

^^^^^does it make you feel better to flame someone for asking for some pics?? i am not getting them for the looks alone, my stock headlights suck and i like the idea of increased visibility!! Yes i do like the way they look but more important how they look from the drivers seat..i just dont want to get lights that are too blue that is why i asked for pics....as far as the stock projector thing goes i am fairly new to the honda scene and do not know how to upgrade...maybe i will look into that. as far as a cheap **** goes..yeah im pretty broke but not a cheap ****, if so i would have bought the ebay kit i made a thread about the other day!! thanks for your opinion though!!

4300k at the least or 6000k the most. too blue makes a car looks cheap in my opinion.

4,300-4,600k is the purest white and brightest you can get, it's what's used in most OEM applications.

Anything over 8 and you're just showing off. You can't even see the road. Everything is just blue, and I'm not trying to be funny. I stay in the country so 4300k's work perfect for me. It's like the purest form of white light on the road and all of the road's imperfections are exposed. You gotta experience it

First you need to ask your self if you want them for looks or visibility
some pictures but mostly 6000k Diamond White

Yea I would go with the 6000k the higher you go up in temp the less visibility you get

and make sure that the kit is Certified and not a cheap one from China

i have had both 6 and now 8 and i cant tell the difference in visibility. i like the 8 because it has a small blue tint to them.
