a new look for my rx7

i run 265 35 18 on my 18x9.5 and it fits perfectly, no stretch look at all.

Also, i have sme old lowering springs from my old FD that you can use till you get your coilover setup.... lets lower that thing!

Wheels look good, but like most people are saying, lose the stretch. Use the width of those wheels :)

If you're still on the OEM struts that the car rolled from the line with, I'd recommend not going with lowering springs.
Blown struts + lowering springs = not good.

the only bad thing about this is that you are more prone to getting scratches on your wheels from rocks and road debris. i would think about that. wider tires protect your wheels more then you think. either way it looks good.

ok well if you read my post this wasnt my choice...
they took the tires that were on my original rear rims...8.5 wide and streched them to my new 9.5 wide tires in the back..
so not my choice thats why im sayin im getting new tires...:goodjob:

yea dude you should deffinetly lower it, it will give the car a whole new look, even the stretch might look good then...

Get wider tires definatly! But looks good though and like everyone else on this thread....drop it.

stretch is good, but 4x4 status pretty much kills it and makes it look like Buford hwy edition RX-7. I don't know, but i feel like you need wider rim and wider tires......they just look too skiny.

Tires on there are WAY too skinny. FD's need traction, utilize those wheel wells and get some 255+ width tires...... that ****s looking kinda mexicanlowriderdaytonwheel style at the moment :( i know its not your fault for not know what size tire to run on that wide of a rim.
