    So yeah everyone was just chilling in the parking lot after being relocated by the nice Dekalb County Police, as all the photographers were doing there thang, A black car gets pulled over, at first nothing seemed suspicious but then...



    Guy starts to dip... Cops catch him later and places him in the car...



    Nice cops...For the first time.
