Go ahead, name me one car company that you can do 190+ mph all day every day with you golf bags in the front and you kids in the back. Name me one car you and your wife and young son DRIVE to a track, have one of the best cars out there and drive it home. Tell me one car that still offers a manual transmission and it not being uncommon. You think there is a reason behind the 28,000 wins? Yes there is. Porsche's are made to be everyday supercars that are practical and less expensive then your everday Ferrari that will also cost a arm and a leg to fix anything on.

who else makes a SUV with a top speed of 170mph? hmmmm.... nobody. Even the ML63 AMG only runs 165 stock. The brabus runs 171mph, but then again the RUF cayenne turbo runs 186mph.

Then grasp the idea that function comes first for some companies...you build the car around the engine and suspension, not build the engine and suspension for a car.
