    Default Project: Faker

Welp, since the skyline is pretty much done now minus a few minor things. It's time for a new project. Since I'm faking a GT-R with a GTSt. Why not fake a GT40 with a fiero? Don't expect this to be done anytime soon because the GT40 shell we got is 9" too narrow. So we're going to stretch it out to make it look as realistic as possible. So here now starts the new Project Log, hopefully I'll be able to keep you all as up-to-date as I did with the skyline. Expect plenty more pictures as the project unfolds

Current Toy: A few classics, maybe a few imports too. Whatever

It has ALOT of fiberglass damage and isn't a perfect replica of a gt40 though. We're going to have to have it stretched 9" wider, and cut the rear window shorter. Amongst various vents and flares that will be added. When we finish in a year or so, it will look pretty close to an actual gt40. Just with a small block 350 instead of a v12 lol

Well, if I'm going to go, I'd atleast want it painless. Although I don't like how this is playing out. I was planning on living for a few more years before I keel over lol

Oh ok, that sounds a little better. But just to make sure I understand the plan. You fake my murder. I spend the rest of my life living as a hermit in the forest. Pretending to be a Hippie with no money or posessions while you drive around in the skyline? Sounds good :P

with a ginormous Weiand 177ci Roots S/C on top? that'd be sick sticking up in the back window.

I think you should get the engine for that thing from turnkeyenginesupply.com.....

They have quite a few boosted options that'll give the car the power it needs

This 700horse ls2 will look pretty back there

hell keep looking through south carolina, you might find an engine somewhere....

hmmmm maybe a ferrari engine in the back of the GT40? maybe a little sacriligious, but that would be sweet

LOL, that engine is crazy Jamal. and ^^^ I'm actually in Tennessee this weekend with my girl visiting her family. And since Thursday, I have yet to see 1 single 'modded skreet racer' who ISN'T sponsored by APC... Such a sad sad sight, they really do need our help up here. Of course it doesn't help that we're n the back country part of Tenn.

This is the motor that we're going to put in it. We originally built this motor for a '41 Chevy truck that we have under 1 of those tarps in the back yard ;P But after a little thought we're going to change out the carb and see if we can get it to fit. It's a 350 stroked to a 383

Well actually we just decided not to use that 383, we're thinking about the 3800 super charged motor from the bonnevilles. Practically bolts right in. The only other motor we have laying around is the d16 we're building for my brothers civic
