I don't remember the name of the road, but I think it's something like McDonough Blvd/ Hwy 42 off of moreland ave. It's right there by the prison.

it is near a prison obviously but not on moreland. as for the lowering i know it need to be dropped but the tires on the wheels are the ones that came with it and im in no need to lower it. so it looks lowered cause they are so big lol. Plus the car was on a slight hill so thats why the front looks lower
