    Default TopSpeed Goes to St. Louis Redline Time Attack - 2nd Place - 56K Beware

    Our engine was in pieces last Thursday morning waiting on some bearings to arrive. It didn't look promising that we were going to even make the Time Attack that weekend. We pulled it off, competed on a untested car on with less then a 100miles on the fresh engine and won 2nd place in Unlimited class. We were the 2nd fastest car out there. We are extremely happy for having such a green car to turn out so well. Looking forward to the Atlanta event next month to compete again.

    damn I dont care how much downforce it makes, the wing on that evo looks stupid as shit.... they might as well have just attached it to the roof. the tiny little rods holding it up look like they would bend under a lot of downforce, even with the wire cross supports. Otherwise its a good looking car. I really like the impreza... very cool

    Not everyone runs the new R1's, just the fast guys do. Testing has shown the bfg's are worth about 1 sec over the hoosiers.

    We beat them the first timed session. The second timed session they nudged us out with a 103.7 to a 105.3. 1.6 seconds away from being the grand champion. Which is not bad considering it was our first time out with the set up. And no aero, and a non prepped suspension.

    The other vehicles cusco evo, sti, etc. were running 1:10's

    That Subaru Impreza is the epitomy of bad as fuck!! Nice ass car! My friend actually has one that we're working on putting the Ej20r in, although we're trying to keep it twin turbo. I hate it that the damn steering column is in the way. It is a white wagon though. But anyway Good job on the car, looks insane.
