    Default R32 GTS-T (56k unfriendly)

Here are some pics from a few recent photoshoots of my R32. The black S13 and S14 were mine as well. The white JDM Sil-eighty, red Fd3s, and red S14 belong to my buds.
Props to my buddy Evan for taking most of the pics.
    Enjoy.

Now how on earth did you come to that conclusion? Do you know the owner? Do you know if he's a resident of the US or what his or the cars situation is...?

If it's the one I'm thinking of J.J and his buds did it. They supposedly make Skylines legal in Mississippi and Texas. They do the kit car bullshit but somehow title it as a Skyline. It's a great car don't get me wrong, but I'm 99.99% sure it's not legal.

I've seen this car a few times and it has no substitute vin's.

    DOT doesn't issue VIN's...

Skylines were a mass produced cars so they can be dismanteled and rebuilt that is circumventing the celan air act.The kit car method is illegal cause of that.
Sorry to go off topic but if it does not have the US DOT and EPA bond releases then its not legal. Here is the vin it needs.

interesting...a 12 character vin is given? I knew the R33 is legitimate and motorex got popped hard for bringing the R34's in as the 33 after only testing and legalizing the R33.

All the bond BS is what detered me from bringing in the Altezza RS200 Z-edition

Didnt think pics would spur this debate.
Bottom line is; its legally titled as a '89 Nissan Skyline, registered as a Skyline, and insured as a Skyline. Not a kitcar. Cant get much more legal than that...
