Default My 1970 Barracuda project - MORE BODY PICS

This is my 1970 Barracuda project that's been in the workings for about a year and three months now, but it's a side project for weekends, so it could have been done with the right amount of time and money, but we all know how that goes sometimes.

My dad's 1971 Cuda behind mine.

We bought this transmission for it in Ringgold, Ga from a car in a junkyard for $21. We got it back home and took the pan off and found it had been rebuilt right before that car was scraped, the gasket peeled right off of the pan without a problem.

I have more photos that show in depth work on this cars body before it was finished, but they're on another computer, I'll try to get them uploaded a little later if anyone cares. But here is the car after body work.

The way it is now, the car is a built 225 slant six, auto on the colum, with bench armrest front seat. Although it's not too choice by people I've found that seat makes the colum auto pretty rare. We're trying to pull parts together before we start the swap, but we plan on making it a 440 with a four speed pistol grip, I've got the bellhousing for the floor, the four speed transmission, all the shifter equipment and the pedals, but I want to wait until I have the V8 sized k-members and things I'd need to make it one big swap project. Uhhh, I guess that's about it until the other photos.
