You shouldn't tie little kids to your bumper like that lol!
Very nice.
Wish my car looked good enough to show it off.
Thanks for the feedback guys.
My ex bought this rig for me. www.stickypod.com. I''m going to purchase the longer mount for it. Thats why the pics are so close to the car.
It works ok, hard taking rolling pics of a car with mild cams and welded diff. lol.
Thanks again for the feedback
hotness. magazine shit there.....![]()

Nice shots by the way. Shoot in raw next time and adjust the white balance in PP.
How many people on here have gyrosOriginally Posted by Mr. Nemesis

The diff in my is about to go out, so for a smooth photo ie. the lines and far the mount not to shake. The car has always been on in every rig shot i do. I couldnt push the car for those. No ps and welded diff, and full interior. g/l with pushing by yourself. As you can see how bad the w/b is the car is a light rx7 blue. It looks purple. But i looks kool i guess.
As far as shooting in raw. I still have to figure it out. Maybe you can help george? pm i guess with a basic for it? lol
thanks for the feedback.
What camera you using? It should come with a disc to convert from RAW...Originally Posted by HachiDori

350D..I'm not the type of person that can learn by reading something. The way they put it confuses the fuck out of me. SEARCH will be my friend
love it...
when i get to good looking car status ima need a photographer. how much do you guys usually charge?
You don't need a good looking car, just a good photochopperOriginally Posted by Dirty Octopus™

Free. I do it for a hobbie. George, matt, and speedminded idk. Couple other good photographers on here.
I'm in need of cleaning and a sharper lense. Don't know were to go with that.

Thanks bro!! that looks kool as hell!!
that pic is definitly sig worthy
Long shutter speeds and a car engine that is running. NOT GOOD BEDFELLOWS. Doesn't matter if it is a bone stock honda or a built 454. I have been with Joey on a rolling shot and talked with several others who shoot for a living and NO you do not want the car running. Best thing to do is invite a couple of friends out to take photos of their car and then flip the script. Tell them that if they want you to take photos of their cars they have to help you first. lol.
Hachi, shots look good man. Not bad at all for them rolling and the car running. If you want to come over sometime I can give you some basics on the RAW thing since we both shoot with the 350D. As for sharper lens, I have a 28-75 F2.8 that I love and it is only about $360. The next lens I get will be the 70-200L F2.8L IS.
Thanks, i'll defenetly hold you to that invitation, and take that advice.
Thanks for the great feeback you guys.
Great pics!
But your speedo shows 0

The speed was 0 lol i just let off the clutch reall quick to get the car to roll. lol your can see the rpms coming back down. I actually think i stalled the car on shot. lol
Thanks
Always great photography, Ferny. Hit me up later if you want.

Now with a daytime rig shot you can get away with a faster shutterspeed and driving but i still don't know about a rough running car or sharp turns with a welded diff...i'd still use a gyro![]()
Nice shots. I like that you did it yourself and figured it out.
Thanks for the link too. I think I'm going to get me one of those sticky pods.![]()
BTW, as Jorge suggested, if you shoot in RAW you will have an easier time correcting WB. You got RAW conversion software with your camera. It is pretty basic and easy to use. If you can use PS, you can use that software.

You can actually make your own rig for those rolling shots, but it requires a little more ingenuity than I have.![]()
I like the convinience of the rig Hachidori put up. Besides, you can only take so many rolling shots anyway, you know? It is nice to have something like that, but I just can't see a $4k investment on it unless National Geographic is paying for it.![]()
