Its not the same exhaust off the type R in Japan. They have a different axle back and muffler

i thought an rsx, is just an american "Honda Integra" so would that not make them have the same parts as he stated?

No, the parts are different. The engine is different. TypeS 2002-2004 is K20a2, TypeS 2005-2006 k20z1, and Type R K20a. But the 2005-2006 RSXS does have the camshafts of the type r engines. The exhaust on all these cars are all different. Just because the car look the same, doesn't mean everything else is.

And to let you know, the Type R muffler has a valve in it that will open up when it reaches full throttle. The US Type S doesn't have that.

By the way, the Type R doesn't look the same as the 05-06 RSX-S. ITR comes with diff wheels, an ITR mid wing, and Red H badge, and etc...
Ok, just got off the phone with my contact in CA, he has an imported 05 ITR... He says all the exhaust piping are the same and only thing diff is the muffler's valve.. But the ITR has the same diameter piping as the 05-06 Type S exhaust piping...

i have a set a D2 36 way ajustable full coilovers for 02 up rsx s I will trade you for your stock springs and shocks. The shocks are kinda going out but I'm sure you could sell them easier than the stock setup on clubrsx.com Also they sell replacement shocks for 100 bucks each. I just want a stock ride again. I had them for 1 year and they handle great.Let me know.
