    Around 3000 rpm and can handle between 18 to 20psi

    what bolt pattern does it have and is it water cooled

    it can use an external wastegate, right?
    or does it have to have an internal since it was made with one..?

    and minor shaft play = blades touching housing?
    and what are the specs?

    I think the specs on this are .42 cold side and .48 hot side, the blades don't touch the housing, three bolt pattern and I believe it's is both oil and water cooled but don't quote me on that.

    you can use an external wastegate with it if you either weld the flap shut or rig the rod up to keep it shut.
