It's about 3-4 wires. Makes a stronger/more efficient spark. Doesn't hurt gas mileage... at all. Lol.

As far as I know, no tuning would be needed.

Depends on the application, V8s and V6s need the red one and most 4 cylinders need the black one.
$75 for the box and one coil, though
