u still got them?
will they fit on a 99 honda accord lx with 4 lug pattern? they will go on factory rims, so are they rounded at the contact point?
i am a newbie, so how do wheel locks work again? do u put them over the existing lugs, or do they replace the lugs?

its alright. the lug pattern doesnt matter, and they have a tapered design. they should fit, as long as the thread pitch is the same.
wheel locks replace your lug nuts and have a special key that is used to remove them. they are good defense as far as slowing down experienced wheel theives and stoping your average *******.

also, is there any way of putting them on an accord or going to the honda dealer and compare what they have for a 99 accord sedan lx?

i want to 100% sure its what i want. if all sounds good, i am willing to buy for $10 as early as monday or tuesday. if i dont get assurance that i am requesting, then you'll still be sitting on them.
