    good complete h22 head = $350
    h22 head with caps, cams, valves, $150
    h22 starter= $50
    h22 alternator=$50

    buy all for $500
    94 Supra= 500rwhp

    anyone know what else it would take to do a Frankenstein H23 bottom with H22 head? I've got a buddy in NC thinking about the possibility in his 4th gen

    Anything the h22 timing belt touches you will need. basically the waterpump and timing gear on the crankshaft.

    you'll also need to remember to remove the oil orfice from the h23 block. there is a whole thread about it on honda-tech.

    i figured so, just didn't want to go over there. But this looks like a pretty good deal for him to get started with that project.

    how many miles were on that head?

    not sure what the milage is...but before the head was removed compression test was 210 across when the engine was cold.
