INTAKE + COOLING PLATE - SOLD

The Strut bar and engine torque damper have been on the car for a while. I think a little less than a year.

I am definitely not JDM enough for that stuff. looks awesome though, wish I could win the lottery

question: how much power and torque increase do you get with the J's intake?

also, what exactly does the cooling plate do?

They both look cool, would love to take them off your hands

engine torque damper reduces the engine movement when revving, etc.

the j's cooling plate is supposed to reduce the temperature by ~3-5 degrees...who knows if it really works, but it looks damn good lol

not really sure how much hp/torque increase but it looks and feels great. the throttle response is a lot better with the intake chamber.

what would be the difference between say a J's intake and ARC and AEM?

I know obviously the J's is JDM and carbon fiber, is there a significant horsepower gain with one over the other?

The answer is simply no. The stock airbox for the S2000 creates the smoothest and best power and torque curve. K&N FIPK, AEM and J's all have a spike of power and drop off horribly before reaching VTEC

ARC is strictly for show, massive heat soak resulting in power loss.

Stock is the way to go for power, aftermarket for bling and sound

I think the ARC just looks good, heard it has a lot of heat soak problems.
AEM and J's seems to make some pretty decent power. For the price of a J's it better make power...
