I would imagine both amps are high end SQ amps, so it would depend on what you are looking for in the install. 5ch would provide a simpler install, and for a high end install, which I'm pretty sire you are going for, you arent going to be using the system anyways if there is an amp down.

personally I would do the 5ch for ease of install, but it really comes down to what look you are going for. I seriously doubt you will notice any sound difference between the 2

I just got a call from my best friend and he is moving to Chicago on wends. and he is selling his car....so he asked me if I wanted to buy his amps from him for dirt cheap...two xtant amps for $150 so he came over and I had them out of the car in 5 mins...so now im going to be using these amps with and xtant sup set-up prob three subs...Im thinking of taking the amps and opening them up and showing the mother board instead of the amp part...making it more of a wow factor then just amps sitting in the trunk...

so the amps are the Xtant A4004 and 6001 now I need to talk to my friend who has the in with xtant to get some subs...maybe I'll go with 4

Ohh and I still have my first amp sitting in my closet, its a 5 channel xtant with all the goodies...only thing is its fried and xtant would fix it for $120...but im prob not gonna do anything with that...
