    Default so far in my setup

    I will have the progress and final pictures once I start the build process for the enclosure, I will be doing a full fiberglass console through the hole car all the way back into the closure. Please stay tuned!! Here is what I have so far, the sub is in a pre fab ported box for now.
    Headunit:Kenwood DDX712

    Tweeters: Kenwood KFC-T207

    Front speakers:Kenwood KFCX1710

    Rear speakers: Kenwood KFCX1730

    Amp: Kenwood KAC9105D

    Subwoofer: 1 Kenwood KFC-XW1224D

    Soon to come: Kenwood KAC8405 & Stinger SC201MB

    A lot of people rag on kenwood, but it is a great bang for your buck. We sell tons of those amps/subs and people love them.

    yeah i'm on several other forums and ha needless to say i have been reemed for buying kenwood stuff, but I have absolutely enjoyed all of my excelon speakers.

    what kind of car is it gong in, and are you gonna do any special fiberglass inside the car?

    09 scion xb, and i'm doing a fflow through console all the way back and molded into the speaker box in the back.

    Ditch the cap. It is a waste of money. If you have voltage problems do a Big 3 upgrade, then possibly a larger alternator.

    i'm not pulling that much power to need the battery/altenator stuff, the amp is only 1800 max, and the 4 channel is 600 max I'm going with kole audio kcell instead just for safety measures, I don't have any voltage issues as of right now to need anything.

    You still need to do a big 3 upgrade to 4awg. If nothing else it will make your charging system more efficient and extend the life of your alternator.
