    Default kenwood excelion flashing E-03 HELP!!

    its flashing red and i want to know if there is anyway to fix it or how much it would be to have it fixed....reps for help

    Hey,

    The E-03 code I believe is "short circuit". If unable to find the answer, bring it by my store. I would charge $20 to fix the problem. If I am unable to fix it, you would not have to pay anything.

    After further research, the code is when the speaker wires are crossed with another wire. Not sure that is it, but that is supposed to be what E-03 is.

    im in macon and thats not it...the speakers werent even in the car at the time

    That could very well be it if the wires are touching behind the head unit then...
