Why two screens almost side-by-side? (not trying to be an ass. Just seriously curious).

ok wow..where to begin in replying.
Jaimecbr900 - the top screen was actualy going to be more infront of the passenger on the dash, but it wasn't going to be able to work out the way i wanted it to. so decided to move it there.
AtifSajid - its in the back seat for right now. in between the seats. kinda. ghetto right now. but its temporary, one day the back seat will be gutted, its such a tiny area back there. right now it just has some screws going through the seat, bolted to the case kinda hard to explain, but like i said its temporary.
its a shuttle XP case. i believe its got a xp2800 in it, 512 ram, 80 gig drive, dvd burner. wasnt going for a burner, but it was just as cheap as a dvd rom so figured why not.
XBLG20 - there are several interfaces youc an use, ones called Coyote Media car, this ones pretty cool. i use Media Engine. and both of those can be found on mp3car.com
Brett - isnt this headunit the shit? i love this thing.
argh.. there is a guy who put a computer into his car on the carsound.com forums, i wish i could find the link its pretty slick what he did, he has a hatch and basically built a false floor with some fans.

Sorry we missed you leaving a couple nights ago. I got stuck up front in a pretty intense debate over the best course of action (so far as my paintwork goes). I hope you didn't feel run off or anything! Anyways, it'd be awesome to chat more as your project continues to take shape!
