    Default Eclipse Sirius adpater

Any Eclipse dealers in the Paulding/Douglas area? I need to get a Sirius adapter and I need to know if I need the SCL-SC1 is all I need or if there is anything else to it.

I called around about this on thursday. You need to ESL-SC1, and the antenna which I cannot remember the part number for. I am going to wait on Sirius for a while. I was hoping to do this for under $80 but its going to cost me nearly twice that.

The "Eclipse" part is in the $70-80 range, and the SCC1 Sirius piece is in the $60 range. Those are 2 parts you need.

    Yeah...its not just Eclipse though...
Pioneer, Alpine, Eclipse, and most others do the same thing. You need the SCC1, which is a Directed piece for any of them, and then just the respective unit from the corresponding head unit manufacturer.

XM is a bit different. They have one "brain", then you get the correct wire harness for the brand of head unit you have.

    Same basic principle though...
