That shop is in a great area. Nice wall of windows in the bay and hot ass local girls always hanging out in that shopping center. Keep Johnny away, it's hard enough to get him to complete an install on time....

    It's my pleasure.

Nice to see you moved to the coast. It's amazing how far people will go to keep from seeing Phil twice a week. J/K

It has likely changed it was straight comission or a small base+ comission, if they are booked 2 weeks out you dont have to worry about the money you need to worry about doing a good job , quickly.

that about sums it up lol.... installers are paid off a comission plan... the more labor you turn out the more % you get........ at a store like ours where we always have work, our installer makes very good money... you just have to be comfortable with hi end vehicles... mercedes, bmw, lexus is the common vehicles out here

    Default Nice to see

Man I am glad that shop is doing well. I left the Athens store to open that bay. Billy Brown and I built that shop and it took us a while because of all the girls walking by the bay, if you know Billy you would understand. I knew that store would do great in that location. For anybody thinking about that posistion it truley is an awesome shop and area.

well right now there isnt much... out of the few shops here theres not a great custom installer.... or thats what the guys out here tell me. We get a decent amount of people wanting custom walking in the door... just not easy to do when we are already booking 1-2 weeks out without custom jobs. we do ALOT of JL stealth boxes. why you wantin to come live the beach life Biscuit???

WOW! ! !How did i miss this post?!?!? Chris Glad to see you are liking the jop and the area!!

That shop is a good one. With alot of traffic and high end customers. It is a VERY well wealthy area of charleston. There is a VERY big need for custom installers in charleston. When i was doin my system thats why i came to atl to have mine done...

You can make great mney at that shop and the guys who work there are knowledgable and do really good work. I worked with both the installer and the sales manager at a shop for 2 years when i lived in charleston.

    Morgan . .. really?? 3 installers to 1 JM?? I'll keep my comments to myself . . .
