Lol seems my choice for stereo equipment isn’t that popular. And yea you do have to start some where but i'm not just starting. I’ve had many brands of speakers and amps including Memphis, infinity, spl, and punch. And comparing them to power acoustik they are just as good in sound quality and i’m not paying for the "name" You don’t have to have high dollar stuff to make it sound good.

you you think infinity and spl sound the same, the problem is the install as much as the gear.

not that I like spl, I've heard some ok stuff from them...

Oh, the dual headunit might not be that bad, I found out that
some of the same kinds of products, are made side by side.

Ex. amps, there are only around 12 places in China that built amps,
Not that they are the same, but they are built side by side!!

    Who knew

high end amps are mainly built in the US and in Germany, mid line amps, which most name brands fall into, are made in Korea, the low end garbage amps are made in China. There are only 3 or 4 main build houses in Korea that make about 80% of the mobile electronics on the market right now.

I'm pretty happy with my Polk 12s and Hifonics 1200Watt Brutus setup, I got other shit hooked up too, cap nd all that. But for a pretty cheap system it his pretty hard, and I'm really happy with it, I still make people turn heads with it only 1/3 of the way turned up.

I hope you do the same with this set up, but personally I woulda gone with the L7 Kicker, but I know how money can be a bitch these days, I could go on forever about it.
