    Default Eclipse

    Had the Eclipse radio model cd5442 in my car for a while...but everynow and then the buttons will stick or do the opposite....like the volume nob sometimes u turn it down it turns up had the radio about 2 yrs bought it new...i was wondering if this is common or not???

    Yea my friend had one and we would be driving around and the volume would go to the max. It was pretty funny buy annoying.

    hahahaha... that sucks. i dont like messin with audio crap. thats why im rockin a prelude stock cd player. all i need!

    I personally have a thing for electronics love the hell out of them. Anything that I can't do with radios, speakers, subs, ect. can't be done.

    The CD5442 is a 2002 year model (I think) and could still be under the 3-year warranty if it was installed by an authorized dealer...obviously depending on when you bought it.

    JM, Whats up homie? Been a while....


    I had a 5303(?) and it did the same thing. Like John says, it's should be under warranty. If not, I may have a remote laying around for one. I'll send it to you.
