that W6V2 is an ok deal depending on condition

then add an amp that does about 700 watts rms at 1 ohm (to make up for the JL gay coil impedences) or an amp that does about 500 at 1-4 ohm.

dont have time to research model numbers on head units and amps right now.

are you wanting front stage also for that price? or just subs and head unit?

I already got a head unit, My parents bought it for me as a graduation gift so i really dont wanna take it out for another year or so... its one of the jensen 7inch dvd/cd/fm things... in a year or so ill probally upgrade to a alpine head unit... so right now i just need sub/ sub box/ amp and whatever else i need for under 1300 so the most bump for the buck..

you can make your own box for like $40.

Hifonics amps are some of the best bang for the buck amps on the market. I'll reccomend them to just about anyone. http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=4209

sub the alpine type r is a pretty good budget sub. http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=2530

then pick yourself up a 4awg amp kit.

My subs are both in perfect condition, and will both hit harder than type r's.

You want a lot of bang for your buck huh? At the shop we got a deal for two 07' kenwood 1200w subs, Custom ported enclosure and a 1000w class D kenwood amp for $499 plus add about another $140 and you can replace the factory mid ranges with two or three way speakers and your looking at $200 labor so a grand total of like $900.00 out tha door tax, and installed plus you get a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
