I think its all about customer relations and product knowledge. Nobody wants to buy something from someone who knows nothing about it. If you treat your customer like he is nobody, then he more than likely won't be back. If you tell 1 person that a company that treated them like dirt, thats roughly 100 people that you WON'T see walk through your door. If you please 1 person with outstanding customer service, thats 10 people that you will gain.

I was talking to a guy at Summit and he was telling me he quit Nopi and went to work there because the pay was $2.50/hr better! then he pointed to 2 other people and told me they use to work at nopi as well... maybe you guys should really look into Summit i'm sure they have great benefits too, so if you planed on staying there for a while you could turn out alright

I talked to him and he said he was gonna ride it out until the last day so he could collect unemployment. Its sad to hear that but he was like he doesn't have a chance at gettin a job somewhere else.

Man that is shitty! I have been to the smryna store a few times... It was nicely setup when I went there. The guys were always cool there. I think this move is going to hurt Nopi big time. All the former employees who were mistreated and obviously stripped of their jobs will spread quick as to how they do business.

i got one store in florida that i can get most of the shit i need in two days for a descent price. i used to hate ordering shit bc everything took 7-10 days.

Thats understandable. I hate when people call in here and waste my time. I asked about a part then I bought the hub adapter. If I came in and didn't buy shit then I could have understood him getting pissed but I came in, asked a question and then bought a part. Total of 5 min and I was done. Of coarse I have heard many people going there and getting the same treatment.
