I already know the logo looks out of place.. I'll talk to the designer about that. But other than that tell me your impressions, problems, ease of navigation.. everything good and bad is appreciated! Thanks

what up
you got a restaurant now?
hook me up i'm big into seafood now
looks good.. made me a bit hungry.
The logo would be my only complaint, it just doesn't flow with the rest of the page.
The pictures are great.
+1 to food photographer!
lol yeah I had a post about the logo's.. you can see which one I chose but it doesn't blend with the site at all.
The site is far from final, the designer just wanted to know what I think and what I wanted to change. Some people are complaining about the color scheme and how hard it is to read so that may need to change, few typos here and there but other than that I like it.
The business isn't a restaurant, basically shipping Alaskan Seafood across the country. Salmon is the main thing, Alaskan Crab which come in nice 1lb portions, halibut, and I'm working with my suppliers to get more products listed on my site. It wont be done until the end of the year, I'm just trying to get all of the due diligence out of the way now. I sold my G35 for this so it better work! lol
Thanks for all the feedback though, good and bad I appreciate it all.
I hope it works out for ya, especially since you got rid of the g for it.
Once its all set up, I'd definately buy from it.
Preciate it Matt, I'll get another G even if it fails I just figure I'd try this out and see how it goes.
Ironchef, actually that is what I told the designer.. I wanted blue and white and something that flows with the logo, I'm not sure where the communication went wrong and we end up with burgandy. But it can be changed, I'm mulling over what I want right now.
can't really see "finest seafood" cuz it's too light colored of a font.
Well I've learned a lesson in business today.. and checking references. Come to find out the guy who did this website is an amateur and likes to take templates from other sites for his own designs.

I post this so that anyone who decides to go a similar route as I do doesnt make the same mistakes. I put the charges on my credit card for a reason, so I will get the money back one way or another.
Back to square one but I already have a great designer who does his own work.. it'll just take a little longer.
i only browsed it for a few seconds but everything is nicely layed out and navigation is easy(good for the idiots who will be browsing)
"I remember the first time I had sex I kept the receipt."
ya man you could of contacted me i would of helped ya out.... but i don't care for the template too much, its not a what i would of chose for your site, i personally like your previous design betterOriginally Posted by tony

it says Side 1lb instead of size
If you need a good graphic/web designer, give me a buzz. No one can beat my price, designs, and turn-around time. And yea... I hate fuckers who steal designs from sites. Building sites using flash... is starting to get kinda outdated. Web2.0 is the way to go.

new layout that is being worked on
I like! Nice, clean, simple, streight forwrad, no scrolling on index. Looks pretty good so far. I like the white and blue, works well for food industry. I remember the previous thread about your logo. Keep us updated on how the site/business is goin!Originally Posted by tony

I prefer a custom site, but I'm out to please the client and would hate to lose business due to them thinking they can't afford a site. I hope he didn't charge you too much.
For some reason I can't see the website, all I get it a "this domain has been registered"...blah blah blah.
With that link you posted, I'd go with a white background...it'll flow better with the image you've got (which looks freakin' delicious).
Hit me up sometime, I'll be more than happy to help you out with what you need. I've got the credentials to back me up (as we spoke about before)
