JOB DESCRIPTION



Title: Shop Assistant (as Contractor)

Pay Rate: $5.15/hr + 10 %commission (avg $8.00+/hr)

Scheduling: Variable 30-40 Hours/Week

Reporting Relationship: Directly to the Managers, of Organized N Tint



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain clean work areas.

Maintain shop appearance

Assist in Installation of Window Film.

Receive Shipments.

Assist Customers with questions.

Quote Customers on Installations. (PC Program)

Maintain Appointment Calendar.

Receive Payments from Customers.



DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Good organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow directions.

Ability to speak in a professional manner at all times.

Ability to navigate computer Programs.

Maintain Professional Company Image.

Trustworthy.

Pass Background Check



Knowledge/Abilities/Skills

Familiar with Windows XP operating environment.

we find that base plus works better for us than a flat rate, that way when business is great, your pay is great. and when is it slow, you still are getting paid.
you did notice that the past average is $8.00/hr considering actual pay verse time?
