    Default Racism...

    So I went to Circuit City tonite to get some stuff for my new comp. Got what I wanted and headed to the check out line...a black guys steps in line behind me with a foot locker bag with a cord hanging out of it. The Manager comes over and stands a good 6ft away and tells the guy to open up they bag. The guy asks why and the Manager says is company policy to check all bags in the store. Just as he says this a white guy walks in with a random bag so the guy behind me asks the manager why isnt he checking the others guy bag if its store policy. Manager goes on and on open up your bag...I need your bag...the only thing this guy was saying was what did I do why do you need to see what in my bag........... The manager ends up calling 911 telling them that he is a black male making terraristic threats to him and his customers and that he is causing a scene and cussing at him. Keep in mind none of this is tru. The guy behind me the whole time the manager was talking to the police was giving them his info (height/weight/ DL #/name). In the end the guy wasn't stealing anything. The police ran his tags and searched his car and found nothing. We ended up sticking around to talk to the police (sergent is a friend) and explain what really happen. They ended up letting the guy go after everything.

    It really blew my mind that people are still like that. Just b/c this guy was black and dressed a certain way he was assumed to be doing something wrong.

    Shit like that happens everyday, if i were the black guy best belive i wouldve prob got arrested for breaking some tvs or throwng stereo equipment around.......

    lol it is ive always grown up in small mostly white towns but even in the town that i live in now isnt like that. I mean I know it happens all the time but it just really pissed me off tonite to see someone attacking someone that hadnt done anything wrong but be the wrong color.

    AHhaah same thing happened to me. Basicaly this muther fuckin piece of shit comes back to our store delibertly sayin he'll never come back cuz I fucked on something and well after I finished counting his money I helped the next customer. Well basically we have this brown bag special and this guy had one and I gave him 15% off his product. then this freakin airhead blows his top and says "Your a racist lil muther fucker. You discriminate me and Im going to talk to your manager on how your treating customers and get you fired." HAH well he goes and blames me for discrimination(airhead is white)and this is exactly what my manager said:
    Manager:"Sir you have brown bag or did you even tell him you had one?"
    Airhead:"Yes"
    Manager:"How much do you get off and where do get it from?"
    Airhead:"Its a instore special and 50& off"(Sunday paper ..15% off)
    Manager:"No and please get out of my store and don't ever threaten my employee again if you do. I will call the cops on disturbing the peace and threatning to assault my employees. Thank you and have a nice day."

    That sux. I hate when that shit happens. But i also hate when I am accused of being racise ( i dont know how to speel it I just had a brain fart) when I havent even dont a damn thing. that happens a lot on the southside.

    Get the fuck over it the guy had a shoe store bag with a cord hanging out in a electronics store. I would have searched his white, yellow, black, purple, blue, pink ass too. I would have handled it different but the fact is he had a right to check the guys bag. You dont own the store and being there is a previledge not a right. If you look like you are commiting a crime attentionally or not, dont get all bent out of shape if someone takes it the wrong way. It is there job to watch out for this kind of shit. I wasnt there but I am sure the guy could of handled it different. However GET THE FUCK OVER IT LIFE GOES ON!!!!
