I have a strong remodeling background. For that amount of money you can barely go to buford hwy and hire some help...and hope the floor doesn't start coming off within the 1st month. You'll get what you pay for. For $400 I can offer you to move the furniture.

I've been in construction for 15 years. Good luck finding someone to do that for 400 bucks. Save your money and have it done right

I will do the demo work for $400, then another 1k to do the floors, then $600 more to cut and install new baseboards and quarter round.

without baseboards, and just laying down hardwood, and quarter round, (we did demo and smoothed surface, and had room cleared) we paid 1000 for a living room, kitchen, hall, and dining room. (600 sq ft ish)
And miles to go before I sleep,
