help trying to take delivery of a car

i bought a car, the guy has the check the byers agreement and everything, all the paperwork is done, its funded, but the guy wont release the car until my bank releases the pin number which they wont do without a title that he hasnt recieved from auction and he doesnt seem to want to accept a funds garentee letter is there anything else i can do to persuede him to release the car to me for pickup

yeah just wait untill check is realeased and title is received. you wouldnt release your car if you receive a check either would you? I wouldn't buy car if they dont have the title in hand.. almost happened to me last month,
not saying it's a bad thing but just think of security purposes.
