    ay whas up ya'll....well i just found out like 2 weeks ago im gon be a uncle....and today i found out that my sister and her boyfriend have traits for sickle cell anemia....so you knwo im researching into it a little tryna find some stuff out, now its not 100% positive the baby will have sickle cell but teh chances are high...i know t boz of tlc had it, she seems okay but she has her times when she reported she was real sick....i was just wondering if you or known anyone who dealt with sickle cell or know anything about it.....any suggestions, advice or comments would be appreciated. thank Ya'll for taking the time out to read this, its really appreciated

    I know its common in the african american community. When I was little my cousin had a friend that died from it. Your blood cells are sickle shaped, and it actually hurts when the blood circulates through your body. Prodigy from Mobb Deep has it too
