From living in Newnan my whole life I definitly wouldnt want to start a business there. Look at some of the other "performance shops" and 4x4 shops around the area. They have all went down the drain. Allbeit that they are mostly half ass parts places they have all mostly went out of business. ORI is the only place that comes to mind that is still in business. They have a full service shop, roughly a 100ft off the interstate, and have backing because they are a chain. Unless you come up with somethin really special I think it is gonna be very hard to break even on any kind of business in Newnan. Look at all the resteraunts and stores that come and go in < 6 months. Mostly locally owned. Anyways you wouldn't have any problems finding welders/fabricaters (I tig and mig) and know many people in the area that could. You better know and be able to work with muscle car people and their cars.
