needed. winder area. near braselton highway/hamilton mill. two rooms available. around 250-400/month+utilities each. 4 people already living in house, 2 are moving out shortly. total rent is 1000/month.

house has 4br/3ba, big front and back yard, 2 car garage.

looking for people we know first, but the spot will need to be filled no matter what if that doesnt work.

we can talk about it over some beer and i can evaluate you as a potential roommate, and you can check out the crib.
